Dubai – Mubasher: LIV Real Estate Development on Monday announced that it has launched the last and the third phase of LIV Residence Dubai Marina.

The project is located on one of the last prime plots of Dubai Marina, according to the company’s statement.

The third phase comprises around 40 units including the release of the project’s two Signature Duplex Penthouses, well positioned with its expansive panoramic views of Marina and the sea.

The project was launched in January with over 75% of sales achieved, totalling as much as AED 300 million.

The 27-story building is expected to be completed in the summer of 2019.

LIV, a global family of luxurious properties across the world, has committed to offering residents a sustainable, ethical building, and has partnered with a reputed international glass manufacturer to ensure the building is both modern and energy efficient, according to the statement.
